Players must have a valid Pokémon Trainer Club account and Player ID to participate. Deck lists are required, these can be filled out at the event and decks must follow the current Standard format rules.

League Challenges are run as Swiss-style tournaments, meaning players compete in a set number of rounds against opponents with similar records. The number of rounds depends on attendance, but there is no top cut playoff—final standings are determined by Swiss results. Championship Points are awarded to top finishers based on age division (Juniors, Seniors, Masters)
